Meet the Instructor: Erin O'Neil - Miss O
At World Class Martial Arts, I believe that teaching a child how to move their body is only half the job. The more important half is teaching them how to manage their mind.
I founded this school to bridge the gap between high-level martial arts and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). My background isn't just in the mechanics of American Kenpo or the efficiency of JKD; it’s in the science of how children learn, regulate stress, and build genuine self-worth.
My Philosophy: Science over Sport
I’ve spent years refining a curriculum that moves away from the "combat sport" mentality. My goal is to empower Londonderry students with:
-
A "Safety First" Mindset: Focusing on upright mobility and de-escalation.
-
Emotional Literacy: Using tools like the Racecar Dashboard to make big feelings manageable.
-
Practical Confidence: Helping kids realize that true strength is the ability to stay calm when things get chaotic.
Whether your child is looking for a way to build physical strength or needs a structured environment to gain confidence, I am committed to helping them find their "Green Zone"—both on and off the mat.
