The Fight Club fitness  curriculum involves techniques from a variety of martial arts, and features drills from boxing, kickboxing, MMA and wrestling. It provides students with a full body workout as well as a great cardio component.  Students will work with a partner, or  move through a series of stations. It is always challenging to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

 Students will train, condition and drill like a fighter in a safe and effective manner, without the risk of injury.
